*Description: Utilizing the properties of the Sendobara plant Mei can plant a seed in the unsuspection body of a person without there knowledge. The seed itself lays roots that follow the affected's chakra system so that if someone with a Dojutsu were to view the chakra ciculatory system they'd not see any disturbance. The roots them selves feed of the chakra of the affected in minute ammounts so that there is no way to tell that there is a disturbance. The whole point of the jutsu though is for Mei to pick up on the memories and thoughts of the affected. She can also inplant thoughts into the persons mind that trigger at latter points when certain effents occur. She can also activate her "Hidden Jutsu: Black Garden Puppet" on those who are affected by this technique.
