Mei is a slim, large breasted (A Double "D" to be exact), beauty who is confident in not only her appearance but also her abilities. She wears a white and purple striped shirt beneath a long black coat. The coat is missing the right sleeve because she uses it actively in her jutsu style. Her bottom half is adourned in slim black boots and tight fitting shorts both black in appearance.

*Personality:
Mei is a highly intelligent ninja. Her knowledge rivals that of the brightest scientist of all time. Due to this she attempts to break down her opponents fighting style before actively engaging in combat. If it is an unavoidable conflict, then she will remain as distant as possible, gauging the opponents skill. If she thinks she can win then she becomes obnoxiously cocky, often taunting the opponent.

*Origins and History:
The clan originated in as a small Botonist/Pharmacist Clan. The first of the clan weren't considered Ninja in anyway, and infact just made medicines most of the time. But the medicines that they had in their stores wheren't just simple pain killers. In fact the clan housed some of the most potent of cures and salves for nearly any diesease, and when the Great Shinobi War hit the horizen the Sono Clan sat at the medical tents treating the wounded with their powerful salves.

The trend continued like this until the Second Great Shinobi war ended. The countries had begun to kill off the clans thought to have Kekkei Genkai in fear of their awesome powers and, even though they had no serious Kekkei Genkai, the majority of the clan was slaughtered. A few of the member's escaped the attacks and fled to Takigakure, where their abilities were welcomed. The clan however started research into the attack side on jutsu and began devoloping their own.

In time the clan came to create a special plant that reacted to the chakra signature of those who caried the Sono blood in their veins. Using this special plant they created a set of Jutsu that manipulates it's properties, creating a clan that not only can defend itself, but still treat those who needed it. The plant was named Sendobara meaning "Death Rose" for it's black color and purple flowers.

*Secret Clan Jutsu:

(Kuro Senzai Soushi no Jutsu) Hidden Jutsu: Black Garden Creation
This techneiqe summons multiple of the Sendobara plant all of which the user can control. The user must first spread the seeds of the plant though.

(Kuro Senzai Kugutsu no Justu) Hidden Jutsu: Black Garden Puppet
By planting a seed of the Sendobara plant on the back of the neck of a person they can gain control of the said person by creating a connection with the plant. The user must maintain steady focus and can use their own techneiqes through the vessel. If this techneiqe is used while the "Black Garden Creation" jutsu is active the user can control the bodies of the dead. However the more "puppets" one user controls the less controlled the puppet's are. Even the most high ranked of the Sono clan can only manipulate up to 5 at a time.

(Kuro Senzai Bushin no Jutsu) Hidden Jutsu: Black Garden Clone
This techneige is like any other Bushin, except that it is composed of the Sendobara plant. When the clone is destroyed or dispelled the plant that was used can be used for a surprise attack or to trap the opponent.

(Kuro Senzai Moya no Jutsu) Hidden Jutsu: Black Garden Haze
This techneiqe forces all the surrounding Sendobara plants to flower and produce a thick pollen haze. Breathing this in causes the affected to hallucinate. Like any genjutsu it is broken by the same means.

(Kuro Senzai Soujuu) Black Garden Manipulation
This is more of a fighting style using a combination of Medical Knowledge, minor fighting skills, and the manipulation of the Sendobara plant.

~Weapon Information~

*Weapon Appearance: Small Jet black seeds.
*Abilities: The Sendobara plant has the ability to mimic the appearance and properties of any other plants. They have also been known to mimic the structure of human body parts.
*Origin and History: The plant was developed after the clan fled to Takigakure as a means to battle and further treat the wounded.

Academy Arc
Mei was the girl who sat at the front of the room, learning and absorbing what was available. She loved knowledge and strove to gain all she could. So it was that she became a genius in the ways of ninja, but because she was part of the Sono clan she was trained early on in medical jutsu and herbology. It wasn't long before the graduation exam and she completed it with flying colors.

Genin Arc
With the begining of her ninja career her family decided it was time for her to learn the Sono jutsu. Thus she began her studies. As she went on missions and continued her studies into the Sono and medical jutsu she started to become an asset to her team, being able to heal minor wounds and defend herself when the need arose. However, in the course of one of her missions her Sensei was attacked for the bounty on his head. In an attempt to help she agrivated the attacker and he caught her and lopped off her right arm. Her sensei, enraged, brutally murdered the attacker. Using her little knowledge she was able to stop the bleeding before she passed out. She was taken to the hospital and the wound was treated, but with her right arm missing her ninja career was put on hold. They would visit her every day and tell her stories of their missions, but as time progressed the visited less and less and she was left alone. Soon her loneliness took her to the extreme of finding away to replace her arm. She read all the books she could find, studied every medical tome, but nothing came up. She had all but given up hope when she had come accross an old Sono clan scroll. It listed the ways that the Sendobara plant could be used to mimic body parts, and she delved into it. Soon she was able to construct a fake arm from the plant and through very painful manipulation, the roots were inlaid in her shoulder. The arm itself was the right shape and size it had 5 fingers, but it was black and twisted, so Mei hated it. She instead used a genjutsu to hide the deformity on her body and learned to use her new appendage. She found that she could use her right arm as a transmitter to control the Sendobara plant from a much further distance than normal Sono ninja and she used it to her advantage.

Chunin Arc
As Mei grew, so did her beauty, and her skills. By the time she became a chunin she was known as a the most skilled and deadly medical ninja in the village. She was only a chunin breifly though and soon jumped to Jounin.

Jounin Arc
Mei had fully grown into her body, her features stunned even her opponents. It was now that she became wide known as the "Beauty of the Dead Forest" for her manipulation of the Sendobara plant and her use of the reanimation of corpses. However she had gained all the knowledge she could from her village and began to grow tired of not being able to gain anything know, so she decided to defect from the village taking Sono clan secrets with her.

The Akatsuki
In an attempt to learn all she could she was pulled into the organization known as the Akatsuki. The thought of an organization that sought controll of the world pulled her in. With ties to this organization she would surely be able to access a large sum of hidden knowledge all across the world.

*RP Sample:
Her feet slammed the ground as a shudder crawled up her knees. Dodging the attack had forced her to jump from a pretty high point, and her knee's ached from it. The plant from earlier had laid out roots in pretty far range so she had one available beneath her feet. A sound from above caused her to look up. As she did she noticed her foe comming down on her from above. With a flick of her wrist she made a hand sign forcing the roots from below to bud a thick stem that shot skyward. It connected to his face sending him backwards and sprawling him on the ground. With another quick hand sign the roots sprung up and drug him into the ground, burring him beneath the surface.
