*Description: This unnamed flower petal technique is a Genjutsu utilized by the Leaf Ninjas from Catlin's clan. If Catlin comes under attack, she can use this technique to cover her escape. After forming the needed hand seals, Catlin's body will disperse into a shower of flower petals. These petals will confuse and distract her opponent while she escapes or hides.

*Description: Hyakkaryouran is a Ninjutsu technique used by Flower Country Ninja. After maneuvering their opponent into a field of flowers, the ninja will ignite flowers surrounding their target. These flames will race towards the target and explode upon reaching them.

~Weapon Information~

*Weapon Name: Dual Rising Blades
*Weapon Appearance:
*Abilities: taps into chakra of person holding them, along with any anger or hostility that particular person feels against their opponent.
*Origin and History: Catlin received these blades from an old friend just before their passing. They were one of the last remaining pieces of Catlin's former village before the fire. These blades were forged just before the fire was lit to the village, symbolizing the village's return.

~History and RP Sample~

*History: Birth to academy: Catlin was born eleven years before the fire was set to her home village, forcing the Zavaski Clan to retreat to Konoha for safety until they are strong enough to regain their original home. Unfortunately for Catlin, she was seperated from her brother and parents during the fire and have yet to see them again. She has spent three years looking for her family in different locations around where her original village was. In a last ditch effort to relocate her family, Catlin decided to start classes at the academy.

Genin to Current: After Graduating from the Academy, Catlin went back to try to look around her village one more time. She has refused to believe that her parents and brother did not survive the fire as everyone else around want her to believe. Catlin more or less wonders around looking for her family.

Catlin walked toward the rubbled ash for the 12th time since the fire had happened. A fire that seperated the only people with the answers to the Zavaski Clan "curse" as she often called it. Every one in the clan had either a tail or cat ears, detecting them easily as different. A trait she would ahve to live through forever, one that would never be able to go away anytime soon. A crocodile burned branch lay at her feet as she examined the ashes once more, looking, searching even for the last fragment of a memory. Anything that would lead her in any direction to her family.
She could not think of the worst case sinerio as her fellow villagers did. They ARE alive she told herself as she removed yet another peice of wood, reveiling the recoperating ground below. "They are alive" she told herself once more as she gently picked up a t-shirt that once belonged to her neighbor's son. As she turned to return to Konoha, she felt the branch slightly tug at the hem of her pants, as if the forest didn't want her to leave just then.

Not an 18 year old genin, you can be chuunin of another village but not not genin, you may also be chuunin of this village as well though. So if you really want to be 18 i give permission for chuunin.
