*Appearance: Aimi has a very slight and slender figure and frame, also standing at only 5”4. She has a very elfin shaped face and large, inquisitive sea blue eyes. Dark brown hair reaches down below her shoulder blades, and is mostly tied back and out of the way. Her bangs are slim and hang down underneath her chin, and her fringe is one across the right side of her face and skimming her eyes. She is seen by many as beautiful and picturesque.

*Personality: Aimi is a very calm and collected individual upon first appearances, and unbelievably polite. Her parents always taught her to have a neutral first appearance, because it would be a lot more respected then instantly showing personality flaws. Just like any other human being, Aimi has a lot of these flaws, but she tends not to let them be seen. She appears very graceful, kind, caring, sweet tempered and of a calm nature.
When people get to know her, she is in fact revealed as a very cheeky young woman, but not in the bad way. She just likes to know she has control of anything, and likes to be sarcastic whenever possible. It may be a low form of humour, but it works well enough for her. Her primary concern, however, is that of her people. She will do anything and everything to ensure her village has maintained stability. Her rather lively inner persona is kept under wraps when she is dealing with serious matters.
If anyone is injured, no matter who it may be, her motherly instincts kick in and she becomes very attentive to that person. Even though she is not a Medical Ninja, her mother was, and thus she has basic knowledge of a few wounds and how to deal with them. Her main desire as a child was to follow in her mother’s footsteps, but her blood was not enhanced for being a Medical Ninja. Because of this, she tries her hardest to be of any help she can.
If anything, Aimi is described by her family as a free spirit. She is independent, strong willed and very confident. She doesn’t take help from anyone; even if she is badly hurt or facing a tough problem. No one knows why but herself, and that’s the way she wishes it to stay.
Despite her growing up in a very close family where one would usually share everything with, she keeps secrets and her feelings locked up. She thinks that they are her concerns and her concerns only; so no one else has to trouble themselves with those problems. The only feelings she will show truly is happiness; and if she isn’t happy she will pretend she is. And her parents always wondered why she was so good at acting.
With having the demon Sanbi sealed within her, it can sometimes show in her eyes when extremely angered. Thankfully this is a rare occurrence. One would never think a tailed beast resided in her unless they were told. She handles it quite well.

Kekkei Genkai: The Bloodline limit of the Koori clan is purely elemental. This meaning that they are one of the few ninja in the world that on top of the regular elements that all ninja have an opportunity of access to, they can also access a singular advanced element. All members of this clan have the basic elements of wind and water. They can combine the properties and fundamentals of both to create the ice element. This is done by the wind chakras adding a chilled factor to the water chakras, causing it become an over all colder chakra. When exuded from the body, its heat level is to low to be liquefied water, and instead takes the form of solid ice.

All of their clan jutsu focus around this singular concept of creating and manipulating ice. A user is capable of taking pre-existing bodies of water, large or small, and manipulating them into ice, as well as pre-existing ice formations and using them for their techniques. This ice is generally very durable and difficult to break, taking an excessive amount of physical damage for most techniques, and is also, in contradiction to naturally occurring ice, displays a resistance to fire, though is not purely immune to it its melting effects.

History:
The Koori clan are The Mist Villages second most well known clan as its co-founder and unique ability to manipulate and create the ice element. In the time before the great villages were constructed they were one of the lesser clans for hire but they were still well known all the same and held a certain level of respect and honor. Unlike the accursed Kaguya clan they are actually quite peaceful by nature though quite deadly in battle. Despite their grand foothold in the society of Kiri, they at one point, just like the Kaguya were persecuted by the normal villagers for their arcane abilities which were beyond what normal shinobi could do. Their faith in the village never wavered though, and unlike the Kaguya, they never struck back against their critics.

When the Kaguya rebellion came to pass, they led the resistance to the struggle and were the main cause for the ending of the feud. As a result of this they single handedly brought their village closer together and ended the persecution, the two clans gaining more respect and stature then ever before amongst their home. For many years they have served as the primary protectors of the village and its most well known family name.

This fan is roughly the length of a metre ruler when it is folded up, and expands considerably when opened out. It has intricate silver inscriptions written on the fan itself, ancient poems referring to peace and harmony. On first sight, it just looks like an ornament.
*Abilities: This fan gives Aimi the ability to channel her Fuuton chakra through it. In order to give some of her other Ice jutsu a boost, she may use it also for that purpose.
*Origin and History: When Aimi was a young girl, her mother used to teach her how to make fans such as these. When the older woman had taught her daughter how to craft them, she let the youngster have a go for herself. At first, it was a bit shabby but useable, so Aimi’s mother made it a lot more attractive to use. Since she had decided to improve on the weapon, she added hidden kunai knives in each division of the fan and a small dagger in the handle. Then, she tweaked it until it could have Fuuton chakra channelled through it, making it what it is today.

*History:
Birth Arc (Age: 0-7)
On the outskirts of Kiri, there was a large mansion in which a rich branch of the Koori clan lived. However, they lived under a different name so that their bloodline limit wouldn’t be discovered, and this surname was Tsuki. Aimi was born in that house and brought up by her wealthy family. Even though she had a demon sealed within her when she was a baby, no one treated her any differently because it was a secret. Her grandfather who was a war hero with amazing Fuuinjutsu skills sealed Sanbi within the nearest and most convenient host, which happened to be his granddaughter.
Her mother (Kami) was a Medical Ninja and was out helping others a lot. In her spare time she usually made beautiful weapons and things for the family home, as well as juggling that with looking after her child. Thankfully, her husband (Daichi) was around the house a lot, and would make sure that their daughter was safe at all times.
He usually told the young girl a lot of tales from the past that were mainly forgotten. One of these tales that he most oftenly told was one about a strange demon, a Tailed Beast that had at one point ransacked their village. Every time that his daughter used to ask him what happened to the beast named Sanbi, he would change the subject almost immediately and she never pried too much about it.
Mainly, Daichi would act as the mother around the mansion. He would cook, clean, organise the family’s expenses and be the child minder. Kami was out earning the money which was rather ironic in that time. However, no one dared dispute it because of how powerful a ninja she was.
By the time of Aimi’s 7th birthday, her mother had started to do less and less ninja work and started to come home more often to make an effort with her child. Seeing how accomplished her mother was, Aimi wanted to become a shinobi just like her, and thus came the idea of enrolling in the Academy when she was 8 years old.
Academy Arc (Age: 8-12)
At around this age, Aimi began to get very curious and asked her parents about a lot of things, and she also asked her sensei at the Academy. She was now desperate to know what happened to Sanbi, since she wasn’t stupid and she knew it had to be sealed away based on the descriptions her father told her.
Even though her teacher knew not to tell Aimi what happened many years ago, he let slip the whole story from the beginning as class ended for the day. Of course the young girl was mortified, and this was when her brain was screaming at her to keep it a secret. This was a big thing; and if her mother and father realised that she knew about it, not only she would get in trouble but her sensei knew too.
Something tugged at her insides while she tried thinking it all over, like she was being punched from the inside out. It was a strange feeling; and one that she hated. All sorts of thoughts about the demon being inside her filled her over-active imagination and she started to get so uptight she began to cry and scream in the nights.
Of course, she couldn’t hide that something was wrong now. Daichi came into her room one night after hearing Aimi’s anguished screams and sat beside her, waiting for her to wake up properly. When she did so, he asked her what was wrong.
Finally, she confessed everything that had happened in those past weeks, and at first her father was shocked more than anything. But slowly, he was starting to feel relieved. It saved him having to tell her later on. He told her what he thought, and for her not to be so scared about it. The demon was under her complete control, and he even demonstrated that by saying that Sanbi had not shown itself in all her life.
The years progressed in her studies at the Academy, until she reached the age of 12 when she was due to graduate. She wasn’t that nervous because of all the work she had put in and was determined to pass the test. That way, she could start her ascend on the ladder of success.
Sure enough, after the very tough written exam and practical one, she got through the whole examination with very impressive marks. It boosted her confidence to an all time high, as she could now call herself a Genin of Kirigakure.
Genin Arc (Age: 12-14)
Aimi made a very good ninja. She was professional seeming in her work and missions that she completed, and yet she knew how to have fun afterwards. It was great to be called a good and successful shinobi, but if you were unpleasant and no one liked you then you could be the worst.
She got on very well with her fellow Genins, and the ones that she made the best friends with always went out for some dinner and socialized with one another.
Her younger years were always very easy going and she had no trouble with her demon what so ever. It was like Sanbi never existed. This way, no one would call her a freak, or shun her, or do whatever else they would think of. That was the main thing she had been scared of many years ago. People seemed to like her for who she was, so she hoped that no one would be afraid of her if ever she did lose her control.
When she was the age of 14, before she was entered into the Chuunin exams, she had a very strange and horrible experience. She had been told to go on a mission with her team and sensei out of the village. She had been on many missions like this one, but it seemed that an outlaw wanted to separate them all. Aimi was pushed in front of her teacher and two team mates, and then was forced into a cave nearby. Her team then came past, looking for her. Little did they know the outlaw was above the cave.
This outlaw was a master of stealth, and even her Jounin sensei had realised way too late that he was coming at them. She put herself before her students and this outlaw, and was killed first. Then Aimi’s team mates were easy pickings for the man. When he had finished them off, he came back for Aimi. By now she was extremely worked up. Her mind was trying to process what had happened, and when it did dawn on her at last when the outlaw was coming for her, she lost all control she had managed to build over the years.
Her eyes glowed a bright cyan colour and three almost shrimp-like tails trailed out behind her. The seal was on the verge of breaking; but for now it was still standing. The outlaw was chased out into the clearing where a large pool of water with a waterfall was stood. Aimi followed after the man as he ran onto the water, and when she did so to catch up with him she created a tidal wave across the water which pulled the man down under water until he drowned.
After this strange burst of power, the tails disappeared and slowly her eyes returned to their regular colour. At this point, she was on the edge of consciousness. Since she wasn’t used to attacking with Sanbi, the whole thing tired her body to the point of exhaustion.
She made her way to land and passed out, later being found by a team of ninja that had been instructed to find her and the others. They took Aimi and the bodies of the other dead shinobi back to Kiri and explained all that had happened when Aimi woke up again.
Now that the seal had time to recover from almost being broken, it had finally managed to close up properly with the help of a Fuuinjutsu specialist.
At the end of that terrifying ordeal, Aimi was asked if she would like to take the Chuunin exams to see if her strength was actually worth anything without her demon’s powers. She of course felt that they were, and her confidence stepped in as she said yes.
With her new and horrible experience she had gained, the Chuunin exam was almost a breeze. The only hard thing about it was trying to bear not having her team mates by her side when she passed it.
Chuunin Arc (Age: 14-16)[/ul]
Aimi’s parents were extremely proud of their daughter for getting up to Chuunin rank, which was a very hard one to get. Of course, the next one up was a Jounin. They knew that she would have to train herself a lot harder so that she could have a lot of strength without Sanbi. This was when she took on her second element of Fuuton, and her mother started to teach her the jutsu of their clan.
Aimi never knew that their clan had the ability to create and manipulate Ice, but of course was amazed and delighted when she found out. Alongside learning those jutsu, she developed her knowledge of Suiton ones as well.
It was quite a lot of work for her to get her head round, but with a lot of persevering, she managed to do so. Now she was a very independent young adult that held her head up high. It was pretty hard to imagine her inside almost crushed not even a year before.
After training long and hard until she turned 16, she decided to put herself up for a test to see if she could become a Jounin. The examination was mainly a written test, but it built up to a very hard mission which she had to complete flawlessly.
Thus, she proved her worth and was granted with her Jounin rank, just like she was promised.
[u]Jounin Arc (Age: 16-18)
By this age, Aimi was getting a lot more emotional and finding it harder to hide it. One day, she would be extremely happy and cheery, the next day she would be depressed for no good reason. It didn’t help either that she had to live with the fact that her old friends could be Jounin now too.
It broke her heart to think of it, and she was in a mental state of disarray. Her father noticed her change in moods and asked her one day when she really was feeling sorry for herself what was wrong. She answered him with tears streaming down her face that it was hard to live with the fact that she had seen her friends die without doing anything to help.
Because she had hidden her true feelings for so long it was all starting to go up against her now. Daichi then shared very wise words with his daughter, and these were, “If you remember a loved one for all the wrong reasons, you may as well not remember them at all. However, if you remember them for all the good reasons, their memory will stay alive.”
Hearing these words of encouragement, she managed to reign in her feelings enough to take on a team of Genin herself. It hurt to see so many promising young children around her that reminded her so much of her friends, but it also reminded her of all the good times too.
She made a good sensei, a strange and rather eccentric one but good all the same. She put herself before them whenever possible, but also made sure they had their fair share of the action on missions. Ever since her experience when she was younger she made sure to be careful when taking them outside the village.
Her efforts were recognised by the ANBU, and she was called forth to the Mizukage’s office on a morning when their team had a day off training.
The ANBU asked her if she would like to join up, and if so, to come back the following morning for some training in the fact. Of course she accepted, and went back like she was instructed the next day. They were pretty impressed with Aimi’s skills, and accepted her into the ANBU organization.
First, she made sure that her team reached Chuunin level, and when they all graduated she joined the operations properly.
ANBU Arc (Age: 18-20)
Now that Aimi was an ANBU, she kept her identity hidden at all times. Her attire fitted pretty well with the dress code, and she wore her mask whenever she was out and around. Of course, she had never seen herself doing this in a million years, but her skills were getting greater and greater with each rank she rose to.
Her mother helped her learn a lot more jutsu from both the Suiton variety and the Fuuton variety also. Being in the ANBU, she also created her own jutsu from both these elements and used her clan’s bloodline ability to make some Ice jutsu as well.
Very soon after joining the ANBU, Aimi started to discover the rather reckless side to her which she never knew she had until now. All through her two years spent there, problems arose with the Mizukage.
He was only a temporary one, but soon fell ill. He needed someone to continue after him, unfortunately, he had no family what so ever to give the position to. So, an evaluation of all higher up ninja was conducted, and some people were put on an unknown trial to see if they had what it took to run their country.
Aimi was completely unaware of what was going on when she was asked to take care of some paperwork on one day she came into the office. She had thought to herself it was fine, and filled it all out officially. Little did she know this paperwork was some very important stuff.
All of the filled out paperwork was reviewed, and at last they reached a conclusion.
Their first choice was not in fact Aimi, she was the second. The first choice the ANBU had fled before they were to tell him about their decision. The man was pretty crazy and finally lost his mind for many reasons, and became a missing ninja. By default, Aimi was then told she was the new Mizukage.
At first her initial response was one of shock and surprise. They had chosen her, a freak, to run their village?
She could never decline, and took the job offer up in a heartbeat.
Mizukage Arc (Age: 20-Present)
Being able to say that you ran your village was mainly someone’s dream, and yet Aimi was this person. She had always secretly wanted to be of a high importance within Kiri, but could never have dreamed she would be running it.
Some of the first acts she had to make as Mizukage were to find the missing ANBU member. She sent out two tracking squads and managed to corner him before he went into Konoha. It was in fact pretty lucky that he hadn’t got that far, or the other Five Great Nations would have though Kiri as a very disorganized village.
The tracking squads killed the deranged man on site and then took his body back with them to Kiri, before disposing it in a lake near the village.
Now she is working towards making Kiri a very rich and prosperous village to be reckoned with. She is achieving it slowly but surely, and the way she’s going will soon have her way.

*RP Sample: The sun streamed in through the window of Amiya's main office, making her squint in the sudden light. She groaned and rubbed her eyes, sitting up from her desk as she realised she had fell asleep on some paperwork again. 'I always manage to do this recently...' She thought to herself before yawning and looking to the side of her and smiling. Someone had made her a black coffee to wake her up. 'Thank God! If I didn't have my coffee then most people would hate me.' She took hold of the cup and blew gently across the mug's top to cool the boiling liquid inside it before taking a sip. Her eyes closed in a somewhat dreamy content before she opened them again and focused on her paperwork.

It seemed that she had almost finished it, so she could just can through and go to have a day to herself for a change. That rarely happened as of late; more paperwork and legal documents had been finding their way to her in the past two weeks. The dark circles beneath her eyes told most people that much. For once in her life, she looked older than her age of 22.

"Right!~ This won't take me that long." She told herself and nodded, picking up her pen and reading through the document to refresh her memory. It was just some requests for missions; something that she saw a lot sitting on her desk in the 'To be done' pile. D rank, D rank, D rank... just a very long list of low ranked missions. All she had to do at the end was sign her name on the dotted line and put it in the 'Mission' pile. Her desk was very well organised, with many neatly stacked piles. She definitely took her job seriously.

Finally, when the name Amiya Chinatsu was scrawled across the line at the bottom of the page, she placed it aside and laughed when she saw no more work to be done.
"Yes! This means I can have a day to myself!" She cheered, jumping up from her large chair and smiling brightly. All of a sudden she looked young and full of life once more. She tucked a loose strand of her blond hair behind her ear before gathering some files into her shoulder bag and throwing it over her right shoulder.

She strode out of the office, downing her cup of black coffee and hanging her Hokage attire on the hook next to the office door. Underneath the robe she was wearing a mid-thigh length powder blue dress and a pair of wedged golden sandals on her feet. The straps of the dress were chunky and joined together at the back in a bow, and her blond hair was left loose after she took off her Hokage hat.
"Bye everyone, see you all tomorrow!" She called to the number of other ninja milling around the other offices. They all waved and wished her a good day before she bounced out of the door and basked in the bright sunlight.

'Well, what can I do now...?' She asked herself as she wandered absently down the street. She was occassionally waved at by some passersby, and she politely smiled and waved back. Her beloved husband was still at work, so she had to live without seeing him until the evening. She gently twirled her wedding ring round on her ring finger as she thought; a pretty recent habit of hers. 'I could go up to the Hokage Mountain. It has an amazing view of the village.' She thought happily.

So, she took a sharp and last minute turn towards the monuments, humming gently under her breath as she did so. She skipped a few steps when she leaped effortlessly up to the top, seeing three other men gathered there. Of course she recognised all three of them; Tyki, Adair and Saito, two of whom were only some of the village's Sanin. Adair, on the other hand was an ANBU member. She secretly wondered what he was doing off work, but she guessed that he wasn't in work today.

Amiya fluidly sat herself on one of the barriers facing the others and smiled, waving.
"Hello, everyone!~ If I'm correct, your names are Tyki, Adair and Saito?" She ended in a sort of question, just in case she was wrong. Sometimes her memory wasn't the best in the world, even she had to admit. "Of course I remember Tyki.”" She smiled at the one man whom she had saved at one point in her expansive history.
