Battling~Shigeki keeps his headband on in fights but not on his forehead, He wears it on his neck, Much like a necklace. It has a strike through it showing that he is no longer affiliated with Konoha or Yukigakure. Because one half of the metal is a Konoha headband the other half is a Yuki headband. Because when he moved to Yukigakure he kept his Konoha headband. Although, He never wore it outside. But once he joined Akatsuki he got they're blacksmith to combine both of them. But he hates talking about it.
Although Shigeki has left Konoha he wears they're Flak Jacket under his Akatsuki Robe. He does not like wearing the robe into battle as he is accustomed to Konoha's flak Jacket. He is new to Akatsuki and doesn't exactly like they're rules. So he wears Konoha's Flak jacket. He is also used to all the pockets in the flak jacket, The flak jacket has light iron on the inside blocking some projectiles and weapons.
Shigeki wears blue gloves with Iron Gaurds on the back of them. He got these when he became an ANBU and kept them up to this point. He always keeps a book on him, Icha Icha to be exact. But, It does not really have the story in it. Shigeki glued the cover onto a book of seals.
Shigeki wears Blue underalls that go from his ankles to his nose. The pant part always sags a little bit because he has tape tied onto them. The shirt part of the underalls don't reach his gloves and are always revealing his skin. Shigeki wears the usual Shinobi sandals, But he has a seal on both and when he put chakra into them two hidden blades pop out. Shigeki wears a necklace that used to be his good friend Sakro's. It is made out of pure Rubies and Sakro left him it in his Will, He also left a note that Shigeki could put seals on it. Shigeki wears the necklace everywhere he goes and never takes it off. It is his treasure and he goes berserk if anyone touches it. It is not because of the rubies but because Sakro gave it to him. The blue underalls also come all the way up to the bridge of his nose usually leaving people wondering how Shigeki's sexy face looks like.
Shigeki also has Uchiha shinpad's that go just beneath his kneecap and go all the way to his feet, They are made of strong iron and weigh 5 pounds. They can block projectiles and D-ranked weapons.
In Akatsuki Robe~

Shigeki has a slight alteration on his Akatsuki robe, It has a hood that when is up shadows his face. Thus, The name 'The Rubber Reaper'. He always carries two Scythes on him, Any other weapon (Except for the Regulars Like Kunai) Are in scrolls which can hold 5 weapons each. He carries two scrolls on him always, The scrolls are carried in a hidden scroll carrier. The Scroll carrier is underneath his Akat. Robe. Shigeki like all Members has the Akatsuki Ring Shu (Scarlet). Shigeki has His nail manicured(Manicured right or is it a Pedicure?) like all the Akatsuki but his nails are painted black. Each member wears the traditional forehead protector of the hidden village from which they fled. The protector has been modified though to bear a large scratch through the symbol, showing they no longer hold the same ideals their village does. Shigeki has a Konoha head band with a scratch through the Symbol and wears it like an necklace. Much Like Hidan. Also when Shigeki kills he take's the head band of the dead and ties it to his sleeve.
*Personality: Shigeki, despite his bizarre appearance which he hides with a disguise in public, is something of a dapper gentleman. He has a polite, old-fashioned way of speech, and a velvety-smooth voice which enraptures people when they first meet. As well as a powerful Ninjutsu User, commanding two elements, he is particularly enthusiastic about detecting, always sleuthing for clues. He is also a flamboyant egotist, vocally exalting his own plans and showing off his Great skills to people around him, at one point walking on the ocean's surface after falling from a cliff. Shigeki is a clever strategist, usually forming the plan the team uses (when they indeed have a plan) and sharpening his wit on Akastuki Members, taking pleasure in his own wisecracks. He reveals in Playing With Fire that he used to be great at motivational speeches, although he has obviously lost this talent, as his attempt to psyche up the party before they confront a Full village ends with "I seem to have lost track of this speech, I'm not sure where it is going, but I know where it started and that's what I want you to remember. Has anyone seen my Scythe?" Shigeki's suave demeanor hides a desire for revenge. Because he was exiled, he started hating Konoha and his hatred brought him back, it forms part of his existence. It's the reason that Shigeki joined the Akatsuki. At His partners questioning, he describes his true nature as a "dark, twisted thing." Several people throughout his Career have commented about his legendary rage, though he has never displayed it to anybody but his enemies. Conversely, witnessing the murder of his family makes him non-sensitive to the loss of others. Although he accepts sacrifice of individuals as part of war. But this is just how he acts in Formal occasion's.
Shigeki's real personality shows when he's, Battling, fighting, Walking around, Roaming and on missions. So, pretty much everywhere except for Formal occasions such as an Akatsuki Meeting or in a Public Gathering(Undercover). He does show this personality in Public, But not to everyone. Say if you bump into him while he's walking along the street, He'll stare into your eye's, Freezing you. But nobody will notice.
Shigeki's real personality is a Cold-blooded killer. His eye's have hate in them. For who? The world. People say you can see death when you look into his eye's. But really, It's the eye's of a person who never smiles. He Actually does smile, But only when he's killing. He can almost win any stare down, It's because he has so much practice. When Shigeki kills he looks like a maniac. Killing has become normal for Shigeki. He has pure evil in his soul, Or as some would say Ice in his veins.

The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons entrusted by the Sage of the Six Paths with his power and will. When it came time for the Sage to chose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favored the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger boy descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.
Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the second being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon attaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, he took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju.
Decades later, after the Nine-Tails' Attack on Konoha, Konoha began to suspect that an Uchiha was behind the attack. The Uchiha were relocated to a corner of the village so that they could be more easily monitored. The Uchiha interpreted this as confirmation of what Madara had warned them of years earlier, and began to plan overthrowing the village. One Uchiha, Itachi, disagreed with the coup d'état, and informed Konoha's leadership of what the Uchiha were up to. The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, tried to negotiate for a more peaceful approach. This failed, and to prevent an uprising that would create another war, Itachi was ordered to wipe out the Uchiha.

The Uchiha were infamous for their highly powerful chakra, exceptionally strong techniques, and natural aptitude for anything combat-related. The clan possessed a proficiency in fire jutsu, having created several and using them more skillfully than any other. Their signature jutsu was the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique. Clan members were not recognized as adults by the rest of the clan until they could successfully use this jutsu. The Uchiha were also highly known for their mastery of ninja tools. They themselves invented many shuriken techniques which required the use of thin metal wires, one example being the Windmill Triple Blades technique.
The Uchiha clan were most feared for their powerful Sharingan, a kekkei genkai which gives them the ability to see the "colors" of chakra, allowing them to analyze and copy their opponent's skills, along with a number of other abilities. Only a select few members of the Uchiha clan manifested the Sharingan. Due to their natural affinity for battle, and their proficiency with genjutsu, many ninjas considered it more tactically favorable to flee rather than face an Uchiha shinobi in one-on-one combat. Among the techniques granted by the Sharingan, the Izanagi is deemed to be forbidden, due to it rendering the user blind in exchange for temporarily turning their personal reality into an illusion. Though the clan was feared for their Sharingan, the eyes have also been transplanted into various characters outside the clan.
Madara discovered that, by the death of someone close to you, the Sharingan could be taken to its next level: the Mangekyō Sharingan. It gave the user great power, but slowly deteriorated their eyesight. Only by taking the eyes of a sibling could one's vision be restored. Itachi indicated that the intricacies of the Mangekyō Sharingan were only discovered after years of trial and error, implying that many Uchiha throughout history had made the attempt to gain the Mangekyō Sharingan.

This jutsu is near impossible to avoide since it's rain. Should an opponet be hit the liquid will continue to burn through their clothing. This liquid burns on average for 2 1/2 minutes before fizzling out. This covers a 15 meter area. Often the opponet will begin to get hit by large amount of the fast dropping rain drops and get bogged down to their death. This will last for 2 posts. The user is uneffected by the rain drop's as part of the jutsu is to have them fall around every thing but him.

Description: A basic Raiton technique. The user must perform two hand seals while gathering chakra either in a concentrated spot or all throughout their body. This part may be performed as much as thirty seconds in advance of the actual attack and held in till released. Upon release a high voltage shock will either travel through the point of concentration or through the body as a whole, delivering a shock capable of stunning and causing uncontrollable muscle spasms in the victim. To be hit by this technique a person must be either in contact or withing three feet of the user under normal conditions. While under water this effect widens substantially to withing ten feet of the user. This technique is incapacitating for a full ten seconds (meaning two combat posts) and is strong enough to stop a human heart if concentrated and directed correctly. As the effects wear off a person may feel a burning or tingling sensation all over their body, though the technique does not physically leave more then first degree burns even when focused.

Description: A basic lightening jutsu requiring two hand seals. The user performs the two seals and concentrates their chakra into their hands creating a negative charge in their hands opposite a positive charge in the air, created by the release of chakra from the body. The two charges create an area extending one foot away from the charged hands of the user that is filled with miniature lightening. The lightening creates a bright white flash that is capable of blinding, and creates a pressure wave that sweeps forward in a 180 degree ark from one side of the user to the other. The pressure wave can rupture ear drums and at close to medium range can knock a person off their feet (melee-20ft aprox). If a person is actually within the foot range of the hands severe electrocution will follow. This technique is built to disorient, not as a melee attack.

Description: A basic lightning jutsu requiring the use of two hand seals. The shinobi performs the hand seals and uses elemental manipulation to convert their chakra to the lightning element. Then the user transfers the energy into the ground to any spot of their desire within 50 feet of their current position. When activated with a release seal from the user that area, consisting of a three foot diameter circle, will explode due to rapid expansion from heating from the electricity running through the dirt and rock. This is near the strength of an explosive tag when the spot chosen is just normal dirt; however, if a small to medium sized rock outcrop or pile of earth were on top of the chosen location the blast becomes much stronger. Composition of ground is important when using this technique as rock will create small fragments that act akin to shrapnel, while plain dirt will act more like a concussion grenade. This technique can be used against constructs created by earth specializing ninja.

Description: A long range technique requiring four hand seals. The user builds up an electrical charge, usually in the hands, via elemental manipulation of lightning chakra. This is done while the hand seals are being performed and can be seen by electricity arcing between the hands. The user then simply directs their attack by pointing at the spot they wish to attack, unleashing a blast of lightening from said pointing finger at the target. This attack is strong enough to severely burn the point of impact, throw a person several feet through the air, or make rock formations explode as they rapidly are heated. As usual with a lightning element there is a considerable shock at the end of this lightening bolt. People hit often lose consciousness, convulse, froth at the mouth, smoke from the hair, and can possibly have their heart stopped. This jutsu is effective at up to 100 feet away, but becomes less accurate over distance. At 50 feet it is very accurate, at 75, moderately, and at 100 it requires some luck to hit a person sized target.

~History and RP Sample~*History:Birth Arc:
Tatsuya was born into a normal family his father was Jounin and his mother had quit being a ninja once she broke her ankle really bad and every since she never did heal. Tatsuya lived a nice life with a nice family and nice friends, But one day his father came home with a really big smile on his face.
"What daddy What is it?!?" Asked Tatsuya really excited because something important had to happen maybe his dad had gone up a rank.
"I got you enrolled into Academy for ninja's!" Answered Tatsuya's father. Tatsuya's father's name was Tomaro (T-moRO), Tomoro had signed up Tatsuya because he had been training him bit by bit and he thought that Tatsuya was ready even though it was a year to early Tatsuya was a skilled ninja that Tomaro knew was going to succeed in the ninja life. Even though he had not even started Ninja academy Tatsuya knew three jutsu from vigorous training. One of the jutsu was a clan jutsu and because of that Tomaro was proud of Tatsuya he would bring the clan honor and respect.
"When does Academy start father I want to go right now I will blow everyone away with my jutsu and strength!" Said Tatsuya going to academy was like getting lots of candy to Tatsuya.
"Well if you want it can be done tomorrow," Replied Tomaro. Shigeki was so excited all he did was answer with a jump and he ran off to tell all of his friends. The very next day he started Academy.
Academy Arc:
Tatsuya was a brilliant kid being from the Nara and he always proved people wrong especially the rich ones, So behind Tatsuya's back they were planning to beat him up. That day was also the day of the exams to become a genin Tatsuya was very nervous because he still hadn't gotten the kawarmi jutsu down. Just as he had thought he messed up on the Kawarmi he could see the rich children snickering behind his back they were very happy that he had failed. But they were still going to team up and beat him up.
Tatsuya was walking back home it was night time he hadn't gone home because he was afraid his parents would get mad that he had failed the exam and that he was stupid. While Tatsuya was still deep in thought the Rich children{4 of em'} were still stalking behind Tatsuya ready to attack at the right moment. Just as they were going to attack one of them stepped on a plastic cup making a loud 'CRACK' noise, As soon as Tatsuya heard this he whipped his head around his heart stopped for a moment thinking it might be a assassin. But lucky for Tatsuya it wasn't just four kids that were in Tatsuya's class but wait they were the ones who hated him "Ah the four just-cuz-my-dad-has-alot-of-money-we-are-cool-people-and-better-then-you. How is it going Buddies!" Mocked Tatsuya while getting a smug smile on his face.
All of the rich kids got really mad at him, One the leader even pulled out a kunai. "Yo my good friends Ingoshi watcha doin with that kunai hasn't you mother ever told you not to run with sharp objects!" Mocked Tatsuya yet. That was not a smart thing to say on Tatsuya's watch because this set off Ingoshi he threw the kunai and even before he knew what he was doing he had already made the necessary hand seals for a kawarmi and as soon as the kunai hit him he had tuned into a log. Tatsuya pulled out a kunai of his own and ran behind Ingoshi and put a kunai to his throat.
All of a sudden the was a loud clapping and Tatsuya heard a mans voice that sounded very familiar and it said "Congrats Tatsuya you are now a genin!" Said a man coming out of the darkness Tatsuya Identified him as his academy teacher his teacher also had a headband in his hands "Tatsuya I knew that these boy's were going to try to beat you up because I had over-heard them planning it and I thought of this as a second chance for you and my prediction came true GENIN!" Smiled Yomu very broadly but then his face became very dark and serious "And as for you four you are being demoted back to Academy student." Yomu said this plainly without and feelings in his voice.
Genin Arc:
Tatsuya had passed his academy along with his best friend Sakro and they luckily got put in the same team they got a really nice teacher but he was very strong and strict about training but it was also fun and he didn't only train them phsycally but mentally too so they had become the strongest genin team of their year. They got a mission to pick weeds Tatsuya was sad he wanted extreme he wanted adrenaline. But when his sensei found this out he chuckled out
"Ahahaha well that isn't going to be happing for a long time if you don't get much better and do easier missions like these!" That really pumped Tatsuya up "Ok guys lets get going!" When they reached the weed field Tatsuya sensed something like a big chakra and sensed it would be more fun then he thought when they started picking weed a silver flash flew by Tatsuya's face. The next thing he felt was a warm liquid pouring down his nose blood was his first thought he quickly shouted "Duck there is another ninja here to attack us!" everybody ducked except his sensei who did some handsigns which released a fireball which made quick work of the ninja.
When they got back Tatsuya's sensei said that they would all be learning new jutsu today and they did Tatsuya learned most of his fire jutsu then. His sensei asked to see him and Sakro they went into a corner and he learned that they were both going to the chunin exam selection's. That cleared up why he was making them train so hard today Tatsuya thought
Tatsuya and Sakro passed the test easily as they were very smart so they had spent the rest of the time making a battle plan and the plan was Sakro would try to get attacked but that would only be a clone and Tatsuya would use a fire ball after Sakro had thrown two kunai to give a fake position away.
The plan went almost exactly how they wanted it but Sakros kunais didn't give the enemy a fake position so it ended up in close to close battle. Tatsuya had to use another fireball make a lot of clones which left Shigeki with almost no chakra left and also meant they were in danger but they both did became Chunin but barley.
Chunin Arc:
Tatsuya was really happy that he had become a Chunin he went home and celebrated with his family his dad was really happy Tatsuya told his father that he was going to have some competition now that he was one rank below him.
When Tatsuya found out his next mission was a B rank and with Sakro he was way to happy maybe even a little to much. He was trying to get there so fast that he used body flicker jutsu which he had learned after his last serious mission when he got there he walked in went into the mission room and their was Sakro a jounin and two other ninja who Tatsuya couldn't identify. Tatsuya hated waiting so he said "C'mon hurry up and tell us our mission!" The hokage didn't get mad he just replied "Ok i will well you must go into the land of sound infiltrate their defenses and find out what they are planning oh and i forgot to add if you complete this mission you will all be a permanents squad doing A and B missions," . Tatsuya's eyes lit up yes he thought I will be reunited with Sakro.
As soon as they got to the sound village they encountered 4 Jounin "Oh s*** already O.k V formation! " Said their Jounin leader they quickly got in their positions their leader threw two shuriken Tatsuya and Sakro made some kage bushins which transformed into kunai but secretly Tatsuya and Sakro were made into kunai to and clones took their places. the Jounin easily dodged so Sakro and Tatsuya untransformed threw a kunai into the back of the Jounins heads but Sakros just disappeared there was a nice clean shunk a shout of pain and a thud all at the same moment beside Tatsuya. When Tatsuya looked beside him there lay Sakro with a sword right through his heart "S-sakro NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO!" Yelled Tatsuya out the corner of Tatsuya could see the Hokage but he didn't care he went on a killing Frenzy pulling out his Katana Tatsuya did flips parries dodges everything but when he was up against the last Jounin he was gonna kill Tatsuya with a wing to the head but then the Hokage intertwined "Sorry Hokage-sama I have failed you," Whispered Tatsuya because he was about to go unconscious.
her reply was "No you haven't you are our newest Jounin! Congrats!" With that said she flicked her hand to the right and the man fell helplessly to the ground dead. Tatsuya's vision went black and stayed like that. When Tatsuya opened his eyes there was a nurse standing by him al he could remember was that he was a jounin now the nurse said interrupting Tatsuya's deep thoughts "Come let me take you to Sakro's funeral.
Once everything was over Tatsuya's family had a party for him becoming a Jounin it wasn't a party it was but a gathering of family and Tatsuya getting presents because nobody could party when they were all sad about Sakro.
Realization/Leaving Arc:
Shigeki was mad. He had found out that the previous Hokage [No, Not you Tenshi] had betrayed him. It had taken some time, But Shigeki had realized. The mission where Sakro had died... The hokage had set them all up. Shigeki was going to leave. His best friend Sakro had died, The previous Hokage had betrayed him, Led them all straight into a trap. She knew that there were going to be many people there and that Tatsuya nor anybody else in his squad was going to make it, It was sort of like first blood to start a war. But when she heard that Tatsuya was actually winning she came to help, As if she cared. She was just trying to cover up her tracks. Tatsuya wish he knew that before so he could have left before and left that Abomination of a woman behind. But alas, He didn't know, But at least he knew now.
Tatsuya had no look of emotion on his face, on the inside he was being ripped up. He couldn't take it, it was either leave everything behind or stay and continue to have to face this kind of Mutiny. Tatsuya had reasons for both. It was yes then no yes then no. If he stayed he had his friends, Girlfriend, Parents, Siblings, Family and Pupils. But he would never be having a good time, He could be smiling but in his mind, Somewhere, He would be thinking about Sakro and what Konoha had done to him. Thrown him into a pit, our as some would say 'Out of the Frying Pan and into the Fire.’ Just when he thought he and Sakro were set for life, they were on the same team and probably would've been an excellent squad if it weren’t for a death of a companion. Tatsuya had made a decision He was going to leave. Not only could they serve him more power, Help him protect more people.
Tatsuya went around the town savoring everything; this would be the last time he ever would go to these things. He first went to the Nara forest. After that he left the Village pretending he was on a mission. He arrived in Yukigakure but they did not accept him so he was left a missing ninja. As Shigeki exited the village gates he saw three figures in Black robes with a cloud design on it. 'AKATSUKI!' thought Shigeki. He was going to fight them but the another thought popped into his head. He could feel the hate growing. Hate for Yuki and Konoha. He would destroy them.
Shigeki activated Sharingan and confronted them and asked where there leader was. They took one look at his eye's and told him to follow suit.
*RP Sample: Tatsuya was walking through the Streets of Kirigakure, He had been sent here on Vacation an he had to admit it was pretty fun. If not for all the people staring at him out of the corners of there eyes. It seems that his Reputation had Preceded him and he was known in Kirigakure, Well not the younger Generation. Tatsuya Saw lots of potential just as in Konoha. Tatsuya was wondering if they had any hot springs around here, Because in Konoha there were many relaxing Springs. But his hopes were to no Avail, there weren't any hot Springs. Tatusya had not taken his Katana with him because, He thought there was no need. But as he got bored of shopping and watching the scenery Tatsuya decided 'Hmmm... I should give myself a small little training Period. It may be a Vacation, But, I won't be going to hard...'
Tatsuya went to the hotel he was staying in and grabbed his Memorable Katana Shinkou Doragon. Just holding the Katana made Tatsuya feel great because of all the memories that had gone into this sword. Tatsuya flicked his finger finger on his Katanas hilt bringing the blade up so you could see the beautiful light blue color of the blade that looked even better against the pitch black obsidian scabbard and His clan's symbol on the blade. His trustful blade that never failed him, He had spent a week on making it. It was made in Kohona and was made of such a great Ore, The ore flexible and very strong. Tatsuya loved his sword he would give his life to save it it seemed to have his friend Sakro's Life and Soul in it.
Tatsuya Stood at 5 foot 9 Inches and weighs 168 pounds. He has rich brown hair that is styled very nicely, His eyes are a dark blue and are so deep in color that they may even put you into a little trance if you stare at them for a really long time. Tatsuya had many battle scars but the only one that showed was a deep scar that ran from his right cheek to the left ridge of his nose, Because when he was a kid he got a Kunai thrown across it. Tatsuya took some practice shots at a tree make 8 inch incisions and that was only practice, Tatsuya put a C-rank amount of chakra into the sword and Ignited into flames. He took a nice powerful swing at the tree and cut it clean in have leaving burn marks on the stump and Trunk. "Hmm.. Pretty good, I may not have used it in a while but it seems my skill hasn't gone down." Tatsuya Muttered to himself. Tatsuya always made little notes when he trained, such as, I almost cut through it just a quarter left.
He examined the area in which he was standing, IT was a very Large opening at least a mile in width and length, Right beside where he was a great lake. It resembled a dome, Because he was surrounded by trees in a circular shape. The sun was facing against them so it created lots of Shadow and a few spots of sunlight. It seems as if the place was made for him because he loved ALL these things.
"Ahh, So peacful, I wish everyday could be like this... But I guess I committed to a life of fighting when I became a shinobi. And I have no regrets." Tatsuya sighed this out because such conditions just made him lazy...
Tatsuya thought it was peacful but he had no Idea what was coming up for him...
