Seichi [[Done]]

Seichi's face looks as though it is untouched by time. It's soft, smooth, round, and slightly chubby. Her eyes are a vivid red, but not as vivid to appear scary. They are big, and childlike, giving off a bubbly feeling as one gazes into them. Her eyes are framed by long, thick eyelashes, giving her an even more-childlike appearance. Her nose is small, and button like, and gently placed just right above her small mouth. Her lips are soft and pink, and her canines are slightly longer almost resembling fangs.

Her midnight-black hair reaches right below her chest at it's longest. And her bangs are cut just right below her slightly thick eyebrows with a few strands of hair appearing slightly longer. Layers of hair frame her childlike face, and the rest of her hair is tied into two pigtails right on the sides of her head.

Her height matches her face. Standing only at three feet and seven inches long makes Seichi look more like a child than her face. She's light as a feather as well, and isn't at all hard to carry. Her skin is as smooth as a baby's, and is unblemished. Her skin is powdery pale white, and looks creamy. The only real blemish in her skin is her clan's symbol tattooed on her lower left portion of her back.

Her wardrobe changes from time to time depending on the situation.

Seichi acts how she looks when she wants to trick someone or when she's on neutral mode. Her personality is cute and childish. She usually makes comments about how people look or how they act, exclaiming things only a child of pure innocents and mischief could. She likes meddling into things, and usually sticks her nose up in situations she shouldn't be.

Seichi also has the follow-the-leader attitude and would only follow the person in the highest command. This gets her into trouble with most others at times, and really quite stresses them out. Seichi is very disobedient once it comes to other people and would usually whine to the highest in command about them.

She is also a trickster, and is able to lie as though it were the truth. Lies are how she lives her life and wouldn't dare live without lying. Because of this, she could get away with murder and other crimes. After all, no one would dare blame a child.

Seichi has another side too. Deep down, way past the child is a grown woman who knows plenty about the world. A deep, sick, twisted lady who's desire is to kill. With hatred for her clan and most other families, the true self of Seichi is shown during her killing-sprees and when she talks to someone privately. When she's like this, she shows no mercy to anyone.

The Dainichi Clan consists of several blood line abilities. All in which is called the Hatsuhinode. The Hatsuhinode can be broken down into several abilities. Which includes Ultraviolet manipulation and sight. The clan abilities are-

Shigaisen no Shiryoku- In other words, the ability to see ultraviolet waves. This allows the clan to see the waves bend on objects that are not possible to see with the normal human eye. Because of this, the Dainichi Clan members can see the smallest specs of dust to invisible objects. This will be further explained in the next spoiler.

Shigaisen Sosa- The ability to manipulate ultraviolet waves and source them. The sourcing can be as painful as sunburns to electric shocks. Depending on the ranking of the jutsu or technique, this ability is either deadly or just plain annoying. Too much sourcing to a body can make the opponent or the user ill.

Shigaisen no Seisei- The ability to generate ultraviolet. The clan's natural element is ultraviolet[Fire+Lighting]. And their ability to manipulate this is infact a plus.

Shigaisen no Chakura- The ultraviolet chakra is a weaker version of natural chakra. This chakra is only used with clan jutsus, and decreases in skill. [Ex C-rank jutsu, D-rank effect] When used with normal jutsu, the effect stays the same, but the jutsu ranks higher. [C-rank jutsu takes B-rank chakra, C-rank effect] Which means that the user takes more chakra than needed if performed with the Shigaisen no Chakura.

If the eyes are green replace the blue with green.
Note: For the normal jutsu performance this takes the UV chakra not the normal chakra. The user can switch back and forth to whichever chakra she/he wants to use.
Note: Once the member ranks up, the next eye will be automatically given. A member can change the eye stage to the level of desire if the eye is within your level. A genin can never get the B-S ranked eye stages.

A Dainichi Clan member will ALWAYS wear the symbol on some part of their clothing. if they don't wear this, then it's tattooed on some part of their body.

The Dainichi clan were claimed to have been brought down to Earth by Amaterasu. Thinking that this would separate her children from her brother's children, she kept them down here for safety. Time went by and the world was at peace. The clan grew strong in numbers and was peaceful with the rest of the world.

It wasn't till the Shuureitsuki clan came down from the moon. The Dainichi clan were definately enraged by the newcomers. They were as different as day and night. And of course they immediatly started disliking each other.

The Shuureitsuki clan claimed that they mean no harm. But the teritorial Dainichi clan saw them as a threat. They started a declaration of war between the families.

Amaterasu informed her brother Tsukiyomi and his wife Usagi. But Tsukiyomi found this amusing and set no stop to the war. Amaterasu and Usagi were distressed but could not do anything about it. Usage then enchanted the Shuureitsuki clan to not hate the Dainichi clan but to fight back if they needed to.

The two clans canceled each other out. Both elements wouldn't destroy each other. For the moon element was a mixture of Earth and water and the Ultraviolet element was a mixture of fire and lightning.

For centuries did the two clans fight, and even today the fight still continues.

The member will feel electric shocks in the brain before passing out. Once the member open's his/her eyes again, he will be blinded for two days. After blinding, the member can never open his/her kkg. The elder though can choose how long the KKG can be taken away for by saying the number of days or years. If the elder chooses eternity the KKG can never be restored.

Description: This jutsu can only be used on fellow clan members. If used on an outsider, it will only feel like static electricity. This is only thought to elders and may only be used by elders. Should only be used on a member of the clan who betrays the clan. The elder makes the appropriate handseals. Once finished, the elder launches his hands on the betrayer. The betrayer will feel all the UV chakra in his body compress then release. The betrayer will feel 10,000 volts of UV go off in his body, killing him in an instant.

Dwarfism
-Seichi suffers from dwarfism which is the explanation for her tiny height.
Marshal Syndrome
-Seichi also suffers from this, which is why she has the appearance of a child.
Believed Dead
Despite being very much alive, the character is believed to be dead. Perhaps he disappeared outside the walls of the village and was proclaimed devoured by demons or ghouls. He may have feigned his own death at great difficulty and expense. He could have even been the victim of a conspiracy that sought to erase his existence. Whatever the case, the world at large believes the character to be dead.
Incorruptible
The character possesses a mysterious factor that keeps him from getting ill, literally rendering him immune to unknown pathogens, including the Plague. (Not Poisons/Acids/Etc, only "Disease")

Essence Swap
The character's body and chakra network are bound more closely then normal, his blood vessels and chakra pathways cross and double back on each other. Because of this, the character can swap essences, trading chakra for health and vise-versa, The ratio is 3 to 1. You send rank C And you heal a Level E wound. You cannot use more then an A-rank amount, (Which would heal a C rank Wound). And this can only be used once per topic. Requires Medical Specialty.

Able Bodied
The character is in excellent physical shape. He heals quickly and is seldom ill. Though Seichi may look like a harmless child, do not be fooled. She is stronger than the average ninja and will show you what an S-ranked nin can do.

Silent
Seichi's body is very silent, compared to her mouth. Unlike her mouth, her body doesn't make any sound.

Uncontrollable Temper
The character is prone to extraordinary fits of anger. When the mood takes him, it overwhelms all reason, and he destroys and maims everything in his path until exhaustion overtakes him. These rages are generally marked with periods of blackouts in which the character forgets his actions entirely.

Excellent Liar Trait:
The character is extremely good at Lying, no one can read him even with the use of special mind probing jutsu or lie detectors. This unique trait is extremely useful. The only way to uproot a lie created is to prove it wrong; and even then the character may simply play the lie even more.

Lie Detector:
The Character has an ability to read opponents, habits, quirks and other things will point the character out as a liar. This is useful in and out of battle, though it will sometimes drive men or women insane hearing their sweethearts lie to their faces.

The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Birth
It all started with a debt, illegal courtship, and a clan with too many rules to obey. This here is the story of Seichi from the Dainichi clan.

Disowned and starving was a young man who came from a rich family. Thinking he had an easy way of getting out of poverty, he seeked the help of a powerful rich clan. Borrowing money, that clan thought that the young man was still rich as ever.

The man invested that money on drinks for himself and some other young ladies. Knowing that he ran out of money, he decided to find a loophole and marry of one of the clans females. He chose right, he took off with the elder's only daughter.

They ran off together. The woman working as a waitress and the man a sleeze who only sleeps eats and drinks.

They worked together in the sort of unity and tension that wasn't healthy. The wife, thinking that a child was the only way to return them back together.

When the child was born, he didn't want it and divorced his wife. The wife who loved the child more than anyone stayed with it.

She named her Seichi, for her baby was delicate.

Childhood

Seichi's real childhood wasn't what you'd call bright or sunny or appropriate for a child. Her mother kept her locked in doors at all times, thinking that she was too delicate to be a ninja. Her only company were the toys that her mother bought her and even those weren't enough. She did take a liking to the Ningyo though, those straw dolls were her favorite.

Her childhood left a scar on herself that could never be healed. The pain and hatred there was what can't be undone. Seichi never had a real childhood, so she strove for one in the future.

Seichi's mother started to become a mess. She was fired from her job and took on an inapropriate job. She started to blame Seichi for the mess of things and her own life, and Seichi would get upset.

Academy Arc

Seichi never did go to a real academy. Instead, she snuck out of home to watch the students train. She picked up most of the moves there and started watching more and more. Most of the time, she wasn't even at home. She didn't have a home that welcomed her to begin with.

Seichi fell in love with the ninja arts and wanted to be enrolled in the academy. But when she told her mother, her mother said no and slapped her on the face for being such a rude girl. She fell to the floor weeping, and wanting to seek revenge.

Her mother, took on a way to sell her out of the clan. Branding her own daughter with the clan's symbol was for her a way to sell her daughter to a clan filled with rules. Seichi was outraged with this and only wanted to have revenge even more.

Revenge was obviously the only escape here in life for her. So she decided to train more. She rented books about nina arts in the library and stole scrolls from random people.

She learned the basic academy ninjutsu in a week, and played with the village animals as targets. This was the beginning of a killer.

Genin Arc
Seichi was now a genin ranked character in a twisted story. Though she didn't look any older, she was in fact stronger. Stronger than most people who entered the house. She began playing around with her kekkei genkai, learning from her mother's files that in order to activate it she must learn both Katon and Raiton. She started training the fire element first.

Sneaking out now in the late nights were harder, for her mother was home. But seeing such an emotional reck made Seichi disgusted. She snuck out anyways and went to deserted areas to train. Her first kill happened that night.

It was a little boy, younger than her. And she killed him. He hit her with a stick, so she figured it was all right. Instead of feeling sad, or even guilty she strove happiness in the pain given to others.

As she got home, her mother was still busy and did not notice. That's when she started reading about the kinjutsu and forbidden spells that ninjas only dream about seeing.

Chuunin Arc

A chuunin ranked little girl was prolicking the streets on errands for her mother. No one could solve the mystery of the boy who was killed. And that made her very happy. Seichi started killing more and more. She killed animals who were pests, people who tried to sneak out of the village and others.

Still, no one could blame a little girl. And that's when her father came. They shared the same vivid red eyes, yet his looked more slaughtered with murder than hers. Seichi watched him come into their home with other men and destroy everything.

Her mother, set to save herself jumped out of the window and plumaged into the hard concreate streets. Seichi was left in the house. Her father took her in, to become a weapon and a tool to them.

The organization was a bad one. One that was used to smuggle illegal things into the country. Seichi couldn't understand why they did these but took a liking to the ways of the bloodshed.

She started training the Raiton element and got her the result she wanted. The free use of using her clan's kekkei genkai.

Jounin Arc

Seichi was now a hardcore evil ninja. She was an expert with murder and kidnapping and other things that her father was proud of. Seichi fell in love with the organization and called it home. That's when her father brought the newcomer in. SHe didn't like him at all. She felt replaced.

Enraged with the replacement, she murdered everyone in the organization. She came out fine though, as though she was only a child who looked for home. No one suspected a thing.

The killings died down, and most people thought that the organization was plotting something. But it wasn't true. The organization was dead. And the only one who lived to tell the tale, was someone they would never expect.

As Seichi moved through out the village she saw someone who looked familiar. And that's when it hit her. It was her mother with a different child. A child that looked like a carbon copy of her mother.

Filled with rage and anger, Seichi snuck into their household at midnight and massacred the family. She happily got out of it and realized that such a small village would be a limitation for her killings and so she made her daring escape.

Missing Nin Arc
Seichi was now a missing ninja who seeked bloodshed and found ecstasy in murder. Her happiness was the boiling point of your death. Eyes bloodshed with rage and anger, and appearance that reeked of innocents were to her, the perfect tools of a murderer. Her skills were at their boiling point.

She was new to the other countries, which was good and decided to keep a low profile. She hid out in the wilderness and killed whoever came close to her. Her only friend was a Tazmanian Devil, she called Furi.

Being recruited by the Akatsuki was a surprise to her. But who could resist? Packing her bags and her pet, she joined in.

The day was dark. Anyone could see that. Even from a window you could obviously tell it was dark. The sky was gray with darker clouds to match. The sun didn't dare come out. And the birds were no longer flying in the sky. It showed what cowardly wimps most were, tempted by just something of occurance.

The child was sitting in bed, huddled up by blankets that were all thick in size. She pulled the covers up, just a bit due to it being chilly. The fog in the window proved it was chilly outside too. Moving her way to the edges of the bed she peered down to look for her indoor slippers. Her foot got tangled up in one of the blankets and she slipped.

The floor was hard and cold as well. It was made of pure concrete. The floor and the walls were equally matched with the outside world. All were gray. Seichi's life seemed to dwell in the grayness as well. With small hands pushing her body to get up, she used her small feet to kick herself off the ground. She then crawled over some more to check if her slipperes were under her bed. In fact, they were.

Being very short, the petite female crawled under her bed. Using her palms to move, she quickly sniped the pair of slippers. Moving backwards, she smiled triumphly as she got out from under the bed. She felt triumphant with herself, even though this was only a small deed.

Then she turned back to the room. A bed, gray walls, gray floor, a door, and a window. The window was the only one giving color to the room. Her clothes were neatly in place on a small table that would easily be missed. People usually couldn't take their eyes off the room.

She pulled off her pajamas and took out a yukata. It's pattern was very plane and the Obi was carefully painted with red roses. The black material of the Yukata was soft.She carefully folded it into place on her small body and tied it from the back. She learned to dress herself years ago.

Taking a pair of ribbons with her to the bathroom, Seichi kicked a stool into place. She climbed up and glanced at the child in the mirror. She tied her hair before jumping off the stool. Taking her geta with her, she opened the door and walked outside.

She slipped off her indoor slippers and slipped on the hard wooden geta. As they softly clanked in the floor, Seichi made an exist. Walking down the road, she softly made her way to the playground.

"Of course. The darkness is a friend to your clan; but what about true darkness? An eclipse? I wonder then ..." The Tsuchikage said, as his hand drifted along the tombstones, before finding a suitable place to sit. He sat on the edge of one of the stones, allowing the engraved words to still make their appearances.

" A Solar Eclipse is one where the moon covers the sun, no? It gives are clan more power I believe. The moon overlapping the sun during the day...Even if it were just a couple of minutes that would be amazing..." Yamine breathed. She was of course, a child of the moon. But if it were a Lunar Eclipse, the opposite of a Solar Eclipse, then she would not know what would happen. Her eyes drifted off, focusing on other things. Since she didn't need to make eye contact, she felt that it was fine to observe other objects.

"I'm certain that you don't mean to pry," The Tsuchikage said, in a monotone. Emotions were needed to be explained through the way you said things, and the way the Tsuchikage spoke made others think that he had no emotion. It was as though he was hiding, and Yamine couldn't give a reason on why he shouldn't hide. When you're in a position as high as his, emotions were distractions. Used against others in combat, and if played wrongly, they could pass as deadly giveaways.

"Like you, I'm here to visit lost ones. That tombstone does belong to a member of your family, now deceased, does it not? He continued, asking her with a hint of curiosity detected in his voice. Just a hint would be enough. Just a hint would be a giveaway to emotions. ANBU members, like her, were trained to detect these hints. So even in situations like this one, the girl couldn't help but dig in.

"Yes it does." Yamine said nodding, uncertain if she should tell the man who they are. Her uncle and aunt were the only two family members other than her parents she truly did care for. She considered herself lucky that her parents were still alive, even though they were weak in their old age. She couldn't help but smile slightly thinking of her parents. They looked like shriveled up apricots, with fluffs of white hair plastered on their wrinkled faces. She was exaggerating of course. Her mother didn't look a day older than fifty, though the white hair and slight wrinkles gave her away. And her father, well, was a different story.

"Maybe I'm really just here to think..." The Tsuchikage said, as he stood up and paced slowly. He glanced at her direction, and she nodded as she listened to him. Maybe she would learn something from this discussion. Maybe she could learn something from the Tsuchikage himself. Or maybe he would say something completely out of the blue.

"Impressive that you've become ANBU Captain at only 18," The Tsuchikage said. Out of the blue it was, then. The words of wisdom that she had hoped for vanished in thin air. Yamine wondered why he was changing the subject. But decided just to continue listening to him rather than speak up. "Everybody seems to be advancing at young ages, these days. The Hokage is in her early twenties. The Kazekage is . . . Eighteen? Nineteen? He's young" The Tsuchikage said, shaking his head.

Indeed people were advancing at young ages. The villages Sannin didn't look a day over twenty. The Tsuchikage looked young as well. And Yamine herself was only eighteen and at ANBU captain. Maybe desperate times called for desperate measures. Or maybe strengths were just found in younger people. She's heard of child prodigies and other things. Maybe this could be a generation filled with them.

"I promoted you because you proved yourself wise, capable, and passionate about protecting this village. Still, I keep an eye on you. You're still young, and mistakes are a natural part of growing older. But to have such young people leading entire villages . . . It's unnatural. In my opinion, such young people shouldn't lead such large groups. If they make a mistake, that mistake will reverberate through the entire village, and then the country, and possibly the rest of the shinobi world." He said, shaking his head again. Yamine wanted to chuckled but choked it in. She was young, but she was confident enough to know that she wouldn't mess up. She wasn't the type to just think about who she was. She knew who she was and knew herself enough to know that she wouldn't mess up. Still that kind of outburst would be disrespectful to the Tsuchikage.

"Indeed I am young, sir. But if I may speak up, this newer generation has been filled with new hopes. The Hokage herself is only twenty-two, I hear. Younger people have ruled this generation, and younger people will lead it. Yes, we mess up at times but we learn how to fix things. Countries need stronger hopes and stronger defenses. And with newer things introduced to us, we learn more and we become stronger. As ANBU captain I have learned many things. And I have learned that I am capable enough not to mess my village up, and not to lead it to war." She emphasized that it was her village. She cared about the village more than most people would. She probably thought that she was the only one who cared about Iwa this much. Her passion for Iwa was just as strong as a mother to her child. The kind of love that needed sacrifices and commitment. The kind of love that couldn't be broken by words or actions. Though she hated being used, if Iwa needed it she would be used by her own country.
