Shuureitsuki Clan

-Muunaizu

If the Muunaizu is unactivated then the eye would remain it's natural color. If the natural color is green then replace the blue with green.

Glowing examples

That is the glow. The glow can shine through clothes but not through hair. Instead, the hair glows too! Ex: If your hair is blonde, a blonde color glow will appear, if it's black, a grey glow will appear. The glow does outline the human body.

Tsukino Megami
The Tsukino Megami is the Shuureitsuki's Kekkei Genkai.
The Tsukino Megami is able to do different things. Each power depending on the phase of the moon.

•Muunaizu, or the Moon Eyes•
•It allows the user to see in the dark.
•Apogee and Perigee effect. The user is able to sense if someone is coming close or if someone is far away from them. They can also use the Kekkei Genkai to be able to make themselves appear farther or closer.
•Allows the user to "detect" chakra. Not being able to see how much, or how little, just being able to get a small image of chakra in their minds.

•Tsukihada•
•The illuminating of bones. The Bones are able to glow in the dark. They are able to glow as brightly as flash lights at most. The user is able to control the glow, making it appear and disappear whenever they want. The glow maximum depends on the moon phase.
•The flow of "White" or "Tsuki" Chakra. This chakra is weaker than normal chakra. You need twice the "Tsuki" Chakra to do normal jutsus. And plus, "Tsuki" Chakra takes longer to generate. Tsuki Chakra regenerates faster in the night. A full day's worth of not drawing this will fill it up. Tsuki Chakra can be used with normal jutsus, but is better to be used with Clan Jutsus.


New Moon
-The night where the Muunaizu is the most useless. The user can see in the dark well, but the Apogee and Perigee effect takes no effect at all. And the person cannot detect chakra at all.

-The bones glows the brightest on the New Moon phase. But Tsuki Chakra doesn't regenetrate at all.

Waxing and Waning Crescent
-The nights where Muunaizu works a bit more. The user's vision in the dark is still the same. Apogee and Perigee takes effect but only 15% as good and takes more energy. The person can detect chakra when the person they detect it from has plenty of it.

-The bones glow 5% fainter in the Waxing and Waning Crescent phases and Tsuki Chakra regenerates slow. 80% slower than normal.

First and Last Quarter
The nights where Muunaizu takes more effect. The user's vision in the dark is better. Apogee and Perigee take more effect and are now 45% as good. The person can now detect chakra when the person they detect it from has at least 3/4 of it.

The bones glow 20% fainter in these phases. The Tsuki Chakra regenerates 60% Slowe than normal.

Waxing and Waning Gibbous
The Nights where Muunaizu takes almost all effect. The user's vision in the dark is clear enough to see kunais and shurikens when they are being thrown. Apogee and Perigee take effect and are 75% better. The person can detect chakra when the person they detect in from has at least half.

THe bones glow 50% fainter in these phases. And the Tsuki Chakra regenerates 80% faster.

Full Moon
-The phase where Muunaizu takes full effect. The user's vision in the dark is clear enough to detect shadows from the object that casts them. The user can see the slightest mark in the trees and everything that is clear in the day. The user can detect the slightest bit of chakra. Apogee and Perigee are also in full effect.

The bones glow 80% in this phase. Tsuki Chakra regenerates the most. The Tsuki Chakra can regenerate really well and can be emptied twice in this phase.

Day Time
-This is when the Tsuki hada is practically useless, which makes ninja from this clan more of night people. Apogee and Perigee effect doesn't take in at all and Tsuki Chakra doesn't generate. However, during the day, members of this clan act as Solar Energy collectors. They take in the solar energy for the Bone glow.

-Energy Collecting-

Waxing and Waning Gibbous: 50%
Full Moon: 80%

The Shuureitsuki clan was said to come from the moon. Better yet, they were said to be descendants of the beautiful moon goddess, Usagi and Tsukiyomi the moon God. Legend has said that the Shuureitsuki clan were molded from the risecakes Usagi had made for Tsukiyomi. Usagi made them in beautiful human like creatures and Tsukiyomi couldn't bare to eat them, so he made them come to life. They became their children. He called them "Shuureitsuki".

One day, while Usagi was preparing for Tsukiyomi, a greedy member of the Shuureitsuki named Garagarahebi came out of his room and started eating the treats that Usagi gave to Tsukiyomi. When Tsukiyomi came in, he was enraged to find his child eating his food. He was very angry, and told Garagarahebi that he has to be punished.

Garagarahebi's punishment affected the rest of the Shuureitsuki clan as well. They were all banished from the Moon and sent down to Earth. The Shuureitsuki clan were mad at Garagarahebi and killed him, activating their mysterious power and chakra.

The Shuureitsuki clan to this day waits for Tsukiyomi to raise them up to the moon once more to join him and their mother, Usagi.

The user will first make the handseals needed then force their dominating hand into the ground. The ground will ooze out white Moon Dust and then form a cage beneath the person which rises up trapping the person.

C Rank: Moderately Strong Cage, will break easily by A Chounin+ with a kick. Genin have to kick three times hard before it'll break.
B Rank: Chounin have to kick it three times. Gennin have to kick it 6 times. A ranked Jounin+ can break it easily with a kick.
A Rank: Genin have to kick it 9 times and Chounin 6 times and A ranked Jounin 3 times. Kage's or S ranks can probably kick it once or twice for it to break.
S Rank: Genin have to kick it 15 times for it to break and Chounin 12 times. A ranked jounin 9 times, and Kage's and S ranked 6 times.

Description: The user will shoot out moon dust mixed with poison from their palms towards the opponent. The poison depends on the rank of the user.
C: Moderate poison, takes effect after 3 hours, a radius of 1 meter. Can be shot out from 3 feet.
B: Mild Poison, takes effect after one hour, a radius of 2 meters. Can be shot out from 4 feet.
A: A good poison. Takes effect after 30 minutes. A radius of 3 meters. Can be shot out from 5 feet.
S: A super poison. Takes effect on the spot. A radius of 5 meters and can be shot out from 7 feet.

The poison weakens the person's eyesight for a week. It will start by making things blurry until the person finally becomes blind.
1st day: Blurry, can't read small text.
2nd Day: Blurry, can't read at all
3rd day: Person begins to only see things in grayscale
4th day: The only color the person can see is black and white
5th day: Person can only see white
6th day: Person can only see a few hints of light.
7th day: Person can't see at all.

The cure to the poison is simple: 3 cups of distilled and purified water, 2 tables spoons of sodium chloride, a cup of crushed Jasmine, and three tablespoons of brown mustard.

A: Very itchy, must stay in bed
S: Super Itchy! So itchy that hands have to be covered by mittens so that the person who has it won't bleed from scratching.

Cure: Hot Alcohol and dried rosemary leaves must be rubbed all over the person for three hours. Then the person must drink tomatoes and onions juice without any sugar.

Even if the opponent is usually a happy person, the genjutsu will make him pessimistic. The genjutsu is cast through smell, or inhalant of moon dust.
Pain is the only way to escape this genjutsu, or if the user is interrupted.

Moon Element
-The Moon Element is an element that is branched from the Earth Element and the Water element. The soul difference is this: Moon Element particularly done with Solar Energy that is collected by the Shuureitskuki clan member. The Moon Element cannot work without having collected Solar Energy. Moon Element based Chakra users, can emit moon dust from their bodies.

Moon Dust
-Moon dust are small 2mm sized dust that glow. They can be used for various things. They can be used for genjutsus and ninjutsus and even be mixed with poison. The moon dust are generated by the Shuureitsuki clan members' bodies.

Solar Power Collecting
Members of this clan can collect Solar Power through staying out during the day time. This does not affect their skin color because the Solar Power is used to power the Moon Element chakra and Tsuki Chakra.

The Shuureitsuki Clan has a list of traditions:
-Birth of A New Child:
-A banquet is held praising Usagi and Tsukiyomi. The banquet includes the baby being wrapped in rice paper and being blessed by the house elders. The food served are Rice Cakes, Tea, and Mochi.

-Birthday
-During a Birthday Party, once the celebrant wakes up, he/she has to pray to Usagi and Tsukiyomi for an hour to thank them for everything and for giving her/him another year to live. The celebrant then has an option to throw a party with traditional food.

-Battles
-Before and After Battles and when preparing for one, the clan member prays for a few minutes to Usagi and Tsukiyomi for help and thanks. When the opponent has been killed, the member must tell Usagi and Tsukiyomi they were greatfull for the strength given and hope the soul of the opponent would rise up to the moon and be happy.

-Deaths
-When a member of the clan dies, the body is wrapped in blessed rice-paper then buried with rice cakes and written prayers and seals. The clan will mourn for three days for the loss and pray to Tsukiyomi and Usagi to bless the dead body and make his/her soul float up to the moon.

Pregnancy
- The pregnant woman is blessed in sacred oil and prays to Usagi to help during birth and labor.

Merriage
-The couple is presented in the Sacred Shine of Usagi and Tsukiyomi. The couple then prays for the blessing and says their vow to the two. The couple must ask for blessings and thank the goddess and god. The couple then leaves the village for three days.

The Shuureitsuki clan owns 3 buildings in Konoha.

-The Shuureitsuki Rice Cake Factory
-A Small Factory that produces Rice Cakes. You cannot eat here. It is just a factory that delivers Rice Cakes to people who order them.
-The Shuureitsuki Developing Shop
-This shop developes pictures. They deliver as well.

The Shuureitsuki Head Quarters
-A residence for the Shuureitsuki Clan. It Includes:
10 Houses in A Compound [All Which are 4 Floors]
3 Shrines [One Dedicated to Tsukiyomi, the Other Dedicated to Usagi, And the Last dedicated to the Ancestors]
A Shelter Area [Located under the House of the Leaders]
