Revival (Private)

Rai ran after the ninja as they came to a stop, they looked around to see if they were followed, each one sighed as they saw no one and dropped suna's body onto the sand, not gently either. Rai's blood began to boil as he was hidden under the sand using he jutsu hiding like a mole, they each stood there and watched as the sand began to clump to suna's body. It was amazing as the sand had healed her, rai was smiling then he saw what the ninja were doing. They began to take out kunai's and weapons ready to attack her, he quickly popped out of his hidding spot and kicked one of the ninja out of the twenty that were looking at him. He smiled as they quickly attacked him seeing him as a threat. He took the first three that came after him but the fourth one grabbed his back and the others followed in suit. He smiled as he threw a clay creation in the air, "Katsu!" He said as a bird came out of the smoke and flew in a circle, he took this chance and used his jutsu again and slipped underground leaving them stunned for a moment. "KATSU!!" He shouted as the bird dived down and exploded knocking them back, he crawled back up and looked around. They were out and he ran over to suna's body as the sand was still flowing into her. He kneeled down and watched her hoping she would be okay.

Suna's body began to have the sands of the desert flow into it, it began to pick up the wind and swirl into a mighty sand storm. The tempest force winds picked up as the sand lifted Suna up and all the sands flowed into her, causing the area around to become nothing but bare rock. Suna landed on the ground and finally had regained consciousness. She looked up to see Rai looking at her.

"Rai?!" Suna said in surprise "What are you doing here?"

"I followed them." Rai said as he put a thumb over his shoulder towards the men on the ground moaning. He smiled as he offered his hand out to her, "I found you being carried away in konoha so i ran after you, tenshi said it was fine as well so that was a bonus." He said as he chuckled lightly, "I am glad your safe, i was worried when i saw you with them. I didn't want to lose you again after last time." He said as he held back the tears he felt coming on him, he was worried about her, "Heh, Looks like you got her back kid. I hope your happy" Hachibi said as rai could only try not to cry.

"Rai..." Suna said "I...I missed you..."

Suna didn't know what to say, she couldn't think of anything to do.

"Oh come on!!" Shukaku said appearing out of Suna's body "Will you two just accept you love each other and kiss already?!"

Shukaku moved the sand and pushed Suna and Rai together, making their lips touch. Suna was embarrassed at first but then she held onto Rai's face to make sure he didn't break off. Suna let go of his face and hugged him, burying her face in his chest.

"Rai, I love you" Suna said holding him close, not wanting to let go.

"I missed you to-" Rai said before he was cut off by her kiss, his face went red but he didn't fight it. When she pulled back rai was just stunned, she buried her face in his chest and he wrapped his arms around her. "I love you too suna..." He said still blushing as he sat there holding her. He didn't move at all, not even when hachibi had teased him, he wanted this feeling to last forever.

"But I'm a monster..." Suna said sobbing "How can you want to be with me? How can you love me?"

Suna still wasn't comfortable, she didn't want to hurt Rai or endanger his life. She didn't let go, she never wanted to let go, it hurt her to have to leave him the first time, there was no way she would be able to again.

"Tell me... Will you still love me a year from now? Will you still love me a month from now? Will you still love me a week from now? Will you still love me a day from now? Will you still love me after this moment is over?" Suna asked "Tell me there is no way you can love me, or I'll stay with you forever"

"Suna... you are forgeting you who are talking to. I have been through the same things as you.... i will never hate you i will always like you. I will always love you." He said as he grabbed her chin and titled her head up looking him in the eyes, "I came all this way for you, i had always wondered what happen to you. You aren't a monster suna.... if anything you are an angel." He said with a smile as he kissed her tenderly.

"Oh~ Rai!" Suna said, touched so deeply in her heart, all the fear that was in her heart before vanished with that kiss. Suna broke off from the kiss and leaned on Rai, closing her eyes and resting, still exhausted from her healing.

"Rai, you are the one that gave me my wings" Suna said, happier than she had ever been in her entire life. "You are the god that gave me a way to fly"

Suna looked at Rai, then stood up and puffed out her chest. It was time for her to go back to what she had abandoned.

"Alright Rai, it's time I show you my home" Suna said holding out her hand "You have given me the courage to face my fears, I'm going to use my curse and turn it into a gift, for myself, for everyone around me, and you"

"Good to hear suna, lets go." He said with a smile as he stood up and stretched, he walked next to her and grabbed her hand lightly and turned to her, "I'm glad i was able to find you suna, it was the only thing i had truely worried about." he said as looked back and smiled. They were still out cold, they were hit way to hard by his bird to be moving for quite sometime. He turned back and faced the village, he had never been here. He went to konoha first before he ever had a chance to come here, now he had suna, hachibi and konoha. He was happy and felt like this was a dream, he hoped it would never end and he could always be with suna.
